The Supported Living Services Program serves adults 18 years of age and older with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities referred to us by the Redwood Coast Regional Center. Individuals must be either living on their own or ready and willing to live independently and have sufficient resources to pay essential living expenses. Our program assists the individual with routine activities such as grocery shopping, banking and doctor appointments. We also assist individuals with locating housing, managing medications and recreational activities. Each person sets their own goals for the year, outlined in an Individual Service Plan. Both RHS staff and Regional Center Service Coordinators help ensure that services are delivered according to the plan and the individual’s wishes. Our goal is that each person will build independent living skills, achieve personal growth and development and maintain a healthy lifestyle, while living in a home of their own.
